Just Amazing!

My Sweet DIL sent me an email that just had me floored. The art work is that of Julian Beever.

He is an Englishman that creates his work on the pavements of Europe and around the world.

He uses chalk and as you can see, his artwork jumps out at you. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

O.K, a duplicate but worth a second look.

What did you think?

Thanks for your comment on my new background. A friend helped me to do it, using Laura Ashley fabric , the blue, which is so pretty.

I've seen his work in many e-mail forwards and I've always found him fascinating! You've shown some I've never seen --thanks Barb!

I've seen some of his work before and find it totally amazing too. How does one do that? Thank you for visiting today and I do hope you make a big pitcher full of cooling refreshing juice. It is wonderful. I drank most of my pitcher by myself and it's so easy. It isn't hot here today but it still tastes wonderful.

This is a trick to the eye. You really have to tell yourself it's not real. What a talented person.

Barb, what a neat collection. That artist is great. I can't imagine how neat it must be to see in person. Thanks for dropping by. I loved the picture with Santa downstairs. Too cute! Trish

Un-REAL! I really don't have words... especially loved the photo of the one w/ the ladder and it looked like a girl was handing a drink to a miniature person! What did Jayde say about these? Very inspiring. And I was just looking at another artist who won some kind of award in Australia by creating art from crayons. It always puzzles me where people come up with these ideas... and what talent! Thanks for sharing... have a terrific week!

Blessings,
Christi

I think they are amazing. I really had to look at the Eiffel Tower to make sure it wasn't a 3-D model. In fact, I'm still not certain about that one...

Hi Barb!

Thanks for you comment on my blog post today -- I had a couple of bad years medically, too, as I had thyroid problems and surgery and now I'm on thyroid meds. But if it wasn't for exercise I'd be that much worse --it's good to keep moving! Glad you're joining in the challenge!

Hugs, Pat
