Calling mom

O.k, you know where this is going.

As I was in the kitchen, (cooking my little heart out-hehe)

the phone rang and hubby answered it.

It was JEFF calling to wish us

a Happy Thanksgiving and just to chat.

We talked for an hour!

He sounded great! While they didn't have a traditional
(or even close to it)

Thanksgiving dinner, it sounded like they had

a good, if interesting meal.

This call will have to hold me over for a while.
I am still doing the happy dance.
YAY!

Since it officially is the "season",

I wanted to let you know that I am participating
with other Shabby Cottage Shop members
in a special sale.

Each is a little different and you can visit to check the shops out.

The French Elements is offering a 20% discount on

all purchases through Nov.30th.

Gift wrap with a French twist is available as well.

The coupon code is GIVETHANKS.

And, thanks I am giving.

Hubby, J.W, and I had a lovely Thanksgiving.
I hope yours was just as terrific.

Huge hugs.

Hi Melissa,
I am still floating. It made my day, month..... I am glad to know you too!
I don't get to visit on a regular basis. I would love to be able to just stay on the computer and visit, visit, visit those I adore.

The follower button, I think that is the worst thing that blogger ever came up with. :)

Hi Theresa,
You know I am still carrying on about the call-hehe. What a truly blessed day!

Hi Betsy,
I am still over the moon. It was the best gift.

Hi Yvonne,
I'm so glad I won Elizabeth's giveaway too! Is that selfish?
I adore her. She is the real deal!

Hi Jane,
The day only got better because I was on "phone call high". I'm feeling very thankful!

Hi Sara,
It was so wonderful to talk with Jeff. I hope your Thanksgiving was good. One of the best,(many years ago) was actually spent in Europe and friends put together a Thanksgiving for me.
