Still summer here

First, for those in the storm's path, your blogging friends are praying for you and will continue to do so. May you be kept safe in His arms.

Summer is still here in AZ with temperatures around 107. The kids are enjoying it but I am ready for a little coolness. The picture above is Jayde's first jump off the diving board. Very exciting for her.

Miss Hailey jumping too.

Jayde loves to have her picture taken. I wonder what she will be when she grows up?

A little walk back in time now. This is my youngest granddaughter Annika at 1 day old.

Grandma and her sweet pea.

Last summer with her first birthday cake. What a fun mess!
Annika today at 2 years old. She loves the water.

Grandchildren are true blessings.

I hope everyone has a wonderful week.

They truly are blessings, sweetpea! You have some cuties there I'm telling ya. We lived in Yuma many years ago for about 1 1/2 years and it was HOT!!! I've never been so glad to leave someplace as Yuma. I love the desert though. We went from there to 29 Palms, Calif. and that wasn't quite as hot but still HOT! Thank you for dropping in on me sometimes. I truly do appreciate you, sweet chickee and hope you're doing well healthwise.
Smoochies,
Connie

Hi Barb!

How thoughtful it was of you to come by and see how I was doing with all these storms!! Thankfully, I think Ike is going to clip Florida and go into the Gulf. Good news for us, not so great news for the Gulf States. I can almost breath a sigh of relief!

Loved looking at your pictures! That pool looks like it is a lot of fun and I could jump right into it! Your little grandbabies are sweetie pies! That photo with the birthday cake is adorable ~ such a happy baby!! It made me smile! Hope you have a nice restful week, my friend!!

Lots of hugs, Bebe :)

Oh how sweet they are!

The weather here is only in the
70's now. It seems so strange to see hot sunny photos when we are looking gloomy fall today.

Have a great day!

Your back yard looks like a vacation destination. it is getting cooler here in Huntington Beach too. I always think I can't wait until summer...the older i get and the more hormones wreak their havoc on me....cold is now my best friend. What a sweetie your little grandchild is.

Your grandbabies are so sweet. Some day....

I love your pool. What a great place to cool off on hot days like you've been having. Our days are warm but the air is cooling and nights are chilly.
