Heading out

Wouldn't it be fun to head out on a little

adventure in this sweet vintage car?

Well, sad to say, I'm heading out but not in this

vehicle.

I'm heading out to spend some time with my son.

Jeff sent him a special gift and he wants me to see him in it.

I'm thinking it is Army related.

This will be a busy weekend around here.

Hubby has his company party tomorrow night.

They are celebrating 50 years.

I am thinking about what to wear.

Not sure.

Maybe this photo will inspire me-hehe.

Sunday is a special day around here but more

on that later.

Off I go, with France in my mind.

Hi Barb,

I cannot wait to see what the special gift was that Jeff sent and to hear why Sunday is a special day.

Have fun at your hubby's company celebration!

The car looks vintage Bonnie and Clyde. Your visual play on words for "spend some time" is clever and I love that French coin! Hope that you have a wonderful weekend and remember that no matter what you decide you wear you are a beautiful person, inside and out.

Hi ladies,

Jeff sent J.W. one of his "retired" camo combat uniforms. All of the patches had been removed (he was a little bummed about that). He was soooo proud and very excited. You would have thought he won the lottery. It made my day.
