The photo above pretty much says it all. I have been riding on an out of control carnival ride.
Well, kind of. Not a real carnival ride. Just life. I know you can relate.
Health issues come and go and then come back to stay for
way tooo long.
I'm not complaining, just saying......
The scare with soldier son added a few more gray hairs.
I am just glad he is safe and back at base. No more R&R for him- hehe.
FB people, you saw my comment.
When energy is lacking, sometimes it is easier to just put one comment
out there than do a whole post. Is that whimpy?
I wanted to show you this great French marketplace (in Glendale)
that hubby and I went to. I took so many pics. Carol, it will have to wait
but the post will eventually be here.
I have added some items to The French Elements.
Moving slowly but surely.

Oh how I have missed you:) Happy to see your sweet face! Happy that your Son is safe and I'll keep praying for ALL of our Military AND for the health issues! Have a blessed day my friend! HUGS!
So glad to see you back today.
It's always nice to hear from you Barb. I hope that life's carnival slows down a little for you.
Glad you are feeling better and son is back. I can't imagine the worry you must feel when your son is away.
Have a great day!
Nice to find your blog. I too traveled in Europe when I was young when my husband was in the military. My son is presently at the Defense Language Institute (I saw a pic of that on your sidebar!).
Bonjour Barb,
Life can seem like abig carnival ride sometimes - but glad you are feeling better, and your son is well. Love your new items. Take it easy and one day at a atime!
à bientôt,
Mimi
It is so nice to kind of be back.
I will get into the swing of it soon.hehe:)
LOL...Well...we sure are on the same ride Barb. I know exactly how you feel. I have only been posting.once a month and not hardly visiting. But even if life is a wild ride, I can't bring myself to close down my blog completely. So I decided a little is better than nothing.
With that.I'm glad your son is safe. I know you were so worried.
I love the pillows with the chandeliers. They are gorgeous.
You take care Barb.I missed stopping by.

Barb, I hope that you are well. I cannot imagine "regular life" with the added pressure and fears with a son fighting for our country.
Blessings, and thinking of you.
Bises,
G
Hope life slows down a bit this week and the ride is much smoother. It was great to hear from you again!
