The Name Game

If you are a woman of a "certain age", this song will

be familiar.

If you haven't heard it, I have to tell you that

it is a fun song. It used to keep

me entertained for hours (as a kid).

It is also near to impossible to get

IT

out of your mind. Sorry.

Now that Jeff and Dorothy know that

Newbaby 2010 ver 4.0 is a girl,

they played the name game at the speed

of sound.

Dorothy's mom passed away almost 2 years ago and

this will be the first gran born since her passing.

The kids wanted to honor her by naming the baby Andrea.

Each of them called to see if I would mind

if the middle name was Jeanne.

My middle name is Jeanne and I was named after my dad.

Over the moon, again!

All I can say is I can't wait to meet Andrea Jeanne.
practicing my patience here-hehe.

P.S. J.W is doing SO MUCH BETTER.
I so appreciate your prayers, emails, and comments.

Beautiful name! I had an old French teacher long ago who told me that the most beautiful, musical girls' names ended in 'a'.
I'm glad to hear that your son is doing better!

Thanks for stopping by again. I love seeing your posts on my blog. It is such a welcome visit...all we need is some tea!! Hope your son continues to do better. When you mentioned how your children will always be your children, no matter what their age: When my father was dying in the hospital, my grandmother, who was too old to travel out of State, sent him cards. The nurses would post them at the foot of his bed so he could see them. I will never forget seeing one that said: "To my little boy" She was 101 and my father was 73....."As long as I'm living, my baby you'll be."
God Bless you and your Family Dear Friend,
Karen Eileen Oh-- and Congrats on the new baby!!

Andrea Jeanne--what a sweet name, and how exciting that your kids would want to name her after you. Good luck with the patience issue--when it comes to waiting for granddaughters, I'm not sure they go hand in hand.

Happy weekend,
Debi
