I'm saving the best for last

I can't believe it has been 3 weeks since my last post.
That was some blog vacation.

Seriously though, we have had some health "issues"
around here but nothing that can't be beaten.
I've always believed that things that are not so pleasant,
have come to pass and not to stay.
Kind of like the flowers that are blooming in my pots.
I love carnations.
They just bloom where they are planted...every season.

I have had the opportunity to add some embroidered pillows
and some burlap (from my old stash of sacks) pillows
to my little shop.

I love how they turned out.

Now, I have saved the best for last.
Last Thursday, Jeff graduated from the Defense Language Institute with honors.
God Blessed him with a super brain.
It sure didn't come from me-hehe.

This is a photo of his class-all 9 of them.
Army, Marine, and Air Force.
They all are very special young men and women.

Some of his classmates with an instructor or two.

This photo just makes me smile.
It is so Jeff.

Can you believe how big "the ladies" are getting?
Jayde will be 10 next month.

Proud army daddy.

Photo's by Dorothy, mother of Newbaby 2010. ver.4.0

My absolute favorite photo.
This shows Jeff's true personality.
I just love and miss that grin.

Tomorrow he leaves for Texas (10 weeks there)
and then will fly directly to Hawaii.

I am so proud of his accomplishments.
Honey, YOU ROCK!

Well, I will be slowly making my way around the blog kingdom.
I've missed everyone.

Thank you my friends. I am over the moon. The language he has mastered is Indonesian. I can't even begin to imagine how difficult that was.
