A very welcome gift from Anita

Have you ever noticed that when you least expect it, (and when you really need it) wonderful things can happen?

Last month, I received an award from Anita that just made my day. Anita has an enchanting blog- I just adore it. She writes the most beautiful posts and she has a truly lovely spirit. I feel very honored to call her my friend. Thank you so much Anita!

As things were a little crazy at the time, I am just getting around to passing on the award.
The award is: "If the shoe fits wear it". I tried on the shoe and it did fit although the glass slipper did crack a little bit-hehe. Anita, your thoughtful kindness did make me feel like a Princess and for that I am very grateful. I am still wearing the glass slipper and feeling very Royal.

You know, I have met so many wonderful people through blogging. You all ROCK!
There are several people I would like to pass this award to.
2 are Princesses that live across the ocean and 2 are Princesses that live right here in the USA.
I am also awarding this to a non-blogging Prince.

Let's begin with the Royalty from across the ocean.

BARBARA: Your posts are gorgeous. Your spirit is even more beautiful.
You bring beauty to everything you touch. Thank you for sharing your world with us.

ELIZABETH: You have been through so much and always have such a positive attitude. I always enjoy your posts-FAB!
Thank you for taking us along on your French journey. If you ever need a "boarder", I'm all over it-hehe.

TATTINGCHIC: Can I just say that you have inspired me from the first time I visited your blog.
I learn, I laugh, and I have even cried. Your sense of humor is a gift. I treasure our friendship.

ANGIE: You are one of the sweetest gal's out there! You my friend, are a winner. Your faith comes shining through. You have a lot on your plate but you wouldn't know it. Good things are in store for you. I can just feel it!

And now the PRINCE. If you tried on the glass boot, I just know it would fit.
Hubby, you came in to my life when I least expected it. You have been there for me through the good, bad, and downright ugly. You are loved and appreciated more than you will ever know.
You certainly make me feel like a Princess (o.k, maybe a Queen).
Thank you for being you.

Ladies, enjoy your award and if you should have a crown at home, wear it.

I am so honoured that you sent me this award. Thank you, I appreciate your lovely comments.

I just got home from caring for Oliver at 9.0 pm exhausted but then what do I do, go and check my E-mails. I exhaust myself by entering 100% in with him in all he does even to running around the park and playing on the playground stuff. Thought I would just pop over before a long hot soak in the bath. Janie has another 3 hospital appointments next week before they make a decision.

Oh my dear, sweet Barb,

What a blessing to read your post; I am so happy to see you pass on the encouragement and gratitude to these ladies. We all need to be reminded of how precious we are and I am so glad the shoe fits...I knew it would. The Angel Award needs to be passed on more often, doesn't it. You are in my prayers and I am so glad to have started blogging. God works through our technology too!!!!!! Blessings, Anita

OMGoodness, Barb! You seriously just brought tears to my eyes! Thank you so much! I really needed that! What is touching isn't so much that you gave me an award (although it is lovely, and I appreciate it very much!), but the MANNER in which you gave it. You are so very sweet and sincere. Thank you so much and congratulations as you truly deserve this award! :)

Hi to all you precious Princesses (with and without crowns),

I am thrilled that you are excited about your award. I hope to be doing some blog visiting this week.
It has been 6 weeks now that my sweet one has been in the hospital. Feels like a lifetime. One step at a time.

Hugs to each of you,
Barb

Barb, You are such a sweetheart. I pray for you. It seems like there is so much trying to go against us, but you have such a sweet spirit and I pray the Lord will be with you and comfort you. Someday our weary bodies will be without pain and suffering. I'm down here in Georgia thinking about you.
