Try it, it helps

I have to tell you that Put On a Happy face is my new theme song.

It is so easy to get overwhelmed and discouraged.
I have been there, I know.
It is very discouraging to turn on the news and see what is going on in our own neighborhood, country and around the world.

The only thing I can control is my own attitude toward problems. I have faith but it gets tested on a regular basis. There are many setbacks but the one thing that has made a difference is the way I choose to look at life.

We are not abandoned, a promise was made years ago.

A smile can make all the difference.

I hope to visit everyone this week but if I don't make my way around, know that I am smiling.

When I feel down, I wander outside into the gardens. I manage to lose myself in the wonder of nature. Start to pulling weeds or raking the leaves. Problems forgotten.

It is sometimes hard, but better in the long run, to keep our selves with a positive attitude.
Praying for you Barb.
