A birthday bash or getting mileage out of Kool and the gang

Last Saturday was Annika's belated birthday party. Due to Dorothy's mom passing on, the party was put on hold for a while. Her mother had planned on having the party at her house this year.
Her dad honored her plan so the party was held there. It was a lot of fun and Annika was Princess for a day.

She is a little dancing Queen. Definitely takes after her sisters.

Every girl needs a pink scooter and accessories. Isn't this cute?

J and D's friend Caroline and her husband started the "shoe thing". These are Disney princess shoes in a variety of colors. Jayde and Hailey are planning on sharing these with their sister.

The little Princess with Caroline.

Grandma, Sweetpea and Elmo. They say the camera adds 10 lbs.... can you imagine? He-He.

Thank you for your prayers. We appreciate them very, very much. I am hoping on visiting this week and catching up on some blog reading. If you miss a day.... oh my.

Have a fantastic week.

  2. Hi Barb!
What a sweetie pie Annika is with her little tiara and pink dress! She is a little princess and too cute!! Looks like the party was a great success! Hey, I want one of those pink scooters! I could get into some serious trouble around my neighborhood on that. :) I hope your son is recovering well; he's been in my thoughts the last couple of days!
    Lots of Hugs, Bebe :)

  15. LOVED those pictures. You are so cute holding Annika and Elmo! If I could give you a few pounds, I would. :-) Disney princess shoes, a pink scooter, tulle... what more does a little girl need? Besides, of course, the loving arms of her grandmother. Thanks for checking in on me while I was away! Hugs,

    Christi
