Please Pray

Many of you are aware of the fact that I have a physically and mentally challenged son.
Without going into details, he is having a very tough time and I am requesting prayer.
I know so many of you believe in the power of prayer and what it can do. I believe this also.

Please pray. Don't feel you need to leave a comment but please pray.

    Barb, I'm sorry to hear your little son is having a hard time. Yes, I'll pray for him and I'm going to thank God in advance for His healing touch, mercy, grace, and as Pat said - His comfort and strength.

    I am not so much a religious person, as a spiritual person. I may have a different way of looking at things, but in the end, it is all the same. I will certainly keep all of you in my thoughts. Your son for what he's enduring. And you for having to watch him endure it. The hardest thing on earth, watching a child in any form of pain.

    I am praying now and will continue to remember you and him in prayer. He is listening to our prayers and I definitely believe in the power of prayer. He said He would never leave us or forsake us. That has gotten me through many challenges. Love ya, Trish

    I am praying for you as I write this dear friend. I just gave someone a card that said, "One of the greatest gifts that God ever gave us...his presence." I pray that you feel it around you until this storm passes.

    It's so heartwarming to hear about prayer being a vital part of your life...blogland is full of people willing to stand with you, I being one of them

    ....Father, I pray a special granting of peace and joy in the Holy Spirit to reign down on this precious family...thank you for this special child that you created...hold him in your mighty hand and we thank you for the ability to come to your throne for anything.

    I know you asked for prayer a few days ago and I do not know how things are going today. However, please know that I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

    I know that having a mentally challanged child can be very hard at times.

    You are a special lady to be such a good mother to him. God knew he could trust you with his child that would need extra love and care. God bless you.

    I am so sorry I am just now finding this...I have been away for awhile due to surgery.
    Please know that I hold your heart in my mind and that I will pray and pray HARD for you, your son and all the family. I wish there was something else I could do for you...I will keep praying and I know from experience that prayer is so powerful and that God hears every single one of them.

    Sweetness, I didn't realize this...until now. I sometimes just hurry over blogs and don't go back far enuf to pick up some of the postings that I should know about. I can't pray for someone if I don't know about them. Please know I pray for you and your son and all the family.
